Pure Green Coffee Bean Dietary Supplement
So the product that I am reviewing today is in fact the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract 200mg capsules. Now the recommend serving size is 800mg a day, and the instructions state to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night with water. There are things I do and don't like about this product. First off, I did like that there were no bad effects, in fact, I figured that since I would take this along with the Garcinia Cambogia, I wondered if it would make me jittery well it didn't. I didn't have any anxiety or become sweaty or anything like that nature. I could tell that it gave me more energy when I took both capsules The Garcinia Cambogia and the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract so I was happy about that, and there are a number of health benefits associated with taking this, and Lord knows I need that. So hopefully I can stick to this regimen as I will be adding the Pure Raspberry Ketones as well, but will wait a bit to make sure I am not overloading my body. But I am sure my goal is like everyone else's to be thinner in 2015. Hopefully with the combination of these capsules, it will not be a goal but a reality!
