The Coverplug paintable outlet cover is perfect for any family that has little ones around. This is a very durable molded and paintable plastic panel that plugs right into your standard, grounded, double electrical socket to cover the entire outlet. This then provides a visual barrier between your child and the electrical outlet, making this one of the more ingenious childproof safety devices.
The outlet cover is held securely in place by posts on the back that align with the ground openings of the socket. It as well requires no tools for installation or removal which makes it very easy for insulation.  I as well love that these products are made in the USA.  Not only is it great for childproofing, but I have one socket that the color does not match the rest of the house, and with the Coverplug paintable outlet covers, it makes it virtually disappear. This product definitely gets 5 stars, and I would highly recommend this to any expecting parents or anyone wanting to childproof their home.
