Jumpstart 180* Review & Giveaway!

The Jumpstart 180* is a low Impact Workout System for both men and women. I love that it is beginner friendly and that it is helping to strengthen my arms and legs, increase my endurance, as well as improve my functional abilities, as well as give me more independence. Since my accident 15 months ago, I have tried to increase my strength any which way I can so that I can stay more functional and to prevent any types of falls, as well as decrease my pain.

I love that it is a balanced workout which covers the 4 major aspects such as

  • Flexibility and

This system comes with 4 DVDs that have 7 different 30 minute exercise routines. It as well as an advanced exercise routine, as well as a video of the top 20 question/answers that most men and women over the age of  50+ ask. Although you don't have to be 50 to use this program. It as well includes a workbook to track your progress and a calendar to tell you what routines to do on each day I perform the routine 3-4 days with my caregiver, as well as we have created personal goals to help contribute with our weight loss.
