The Garcinia Cambogia Advanced & Slender Cleanse Advance Formula offers people who want to lose weight a wonderful option. So being overweight and having Lower Back Problems, I always like to find  things to help promote weight loss.. Team Innovations has come out with their own Garcinia Cambogia 500 mg capsule formula which has 60%HCA as well as Calcium, Chromium., and Potassium. As a nurse, I have done some research on this product. There have been studies completed that have shown that the Garcinia Cambogia helps inhibit glucose absorption, and it helps promote a better mood level by boosting Serotonin levels. I noticed that when I started taking this over the counter weight loss product that I was not hungry at all, and I love to snack, so it definitely has helped curb my appetite. The suggested serving size is 2 capsules daily for your 1000 mg total.

The Slender Cleanse Advance Formula is Team Innovations version of their Green Coffee Bean which is 400 mg. Now there recommend serving size is 400 mg a day, and the instructions state to take 2 capsules once a day.  First off, I did not notice any side effects. In fact, I figured that since I would take this along with the Garcinia Cambogia, I wondered if it would make me jittery well it didn't. I didn't have any anxiety or become sweaty or anything like that nature.  I could tell that it gave me more energy when I took both capsules, The Garcinia Cambogia and the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. The one thing that I did not like so much was spending so much time in the bathroom, as the Slender Cleanse Advance formula has a laxative effect as well. 

I believe this may be the perfect combo - these pills work great together and after 3 weeks, I am down 9 pounds.
