The Nikkoware Julienne Stainless Steel Vegetable Peeler is super sharp and great! I have always wished that I could cook like a pro, and over the years, I have learned to make several dishes that my family and I can enjoy, but I have always wanted to learn more when it comes to the culinary world. I as well wish that I could cook healthier meals for my family especially during the summer when it comes to fresh fruits and veggies! We love eating carrots, but truth be told some times, they are just plain and boring. No I can make a carrot salad with my Julienne Peeler, and cooking them that way as well! I would definitely give this company 5 stars! The next thing on my list is I am going to try is to make zucchini noodles, and pickled julienne cucumbers...
