Soul of a Mountain Instrumental CD Music by Jeff Gold Review & Giveaway!

Have you ever just sat back, and listened to some of the instrumental music that is played during movies, and t.v. shows? I love instrumental music, as it can soothe the soul when nothing else can besides prayer. I can not tell you the countless hours that I have listened to music, just to help with my breathing techniques just to decrease the pain. Jeff Gold's CD and Product line in one one are amazing to be honest! I can not tell you the beneficial factors that my family and I have received from listening to music, to decreasing medication to even having my son get off medication altogether. My sister-in-law even uses these to help her boys relax for nap time.

This CD is wonderful, it is the first one of many from Mr. Gold's collection. It reminds me so much of the music that you would here at a massage therapy. To play this music, lower and dim the lights, light a few candles, or better yet, turn on the battery operated ones on, and just lay there and relax. It brings about a scene of peace and just soothes the soul. In fact his music is very peaceful and soothing...
