Hi everyone, I was given this awesome opportunity to try a very cool product called the SPAball Kaddy in exchange for my unbiased opinion. If you are like me, then you love massages. I wish that I had the opportunity to go get messaged at least on a weekly bases, due to the pain that I have in my back, but that would become very costly. Plus by the time we were finished, our hands did not hurt or cramp. My boyfriend has been using this on me everyday, as well as my son due to sore muscles from football practice. This was made for professionals, used by professionals and the public. They also have a video for the professional and for the Average Joe which were both wonderful to watch! There is another product called the Kaddy back which is wonderful as well as it relieves tight muscles in your back, which as well is hands free! I love also that it is a warm massage as you microwave the flax seeds, insert them into either sleeve, place the golf ball into the other sleeve, and go for it. It is able to work and reach those difficult back muscles which is great! As a nurse, I love this product. I think that it would be extremely valuable for all of my hospice patients, when I am able to return to work. Not only has it benefited me with alleviating stress and tension, but several of my friends and family as well. I am extremely happy with this product!
