I have a son who has A.D.D., and there are times when he is so wound up, that it is very difficult to wind him down before bed, leading him needing to be medicated with his Melotonin. I've been using the "Sleep Well for Kids - Under the Sea" for two nights now, I have played it on the stereo before bed time, were the guided meditation and beautiful relaxing melodies play. I have noticed that it helps create a calming atmosphere that is wonderful for both of my children, plus it helps me relax as well. Something which took hours, in getting my son to sleep with constant frustration now takes less then 30 minuets.
The one thing that I did enjoy was that the CD introduced my kids breathing techniques, which helped with the relaxation process that allowed them to drift off into a deep sleep. I also loved that when you listen to the CD, it takes you through the ocean before diving under the water to play with the dolphins and learn about an abundance of sea life.
I do believe that the CD would be perfect for people ages 0-99 and would be a great and an inexpensive way for anyone who wants to relax and get the rest they deserve and need. If you would like to listen to a clip, please visit the Live Well Series Website at http://livewellseries.com/sleep/
