The Whole-Food Men's Multi Gold Vitamins by Nutrigold is a complete men's multivitamin. It delivers 100% or more of the daily values which include 18 essential vitamins and minerals for complete head to toe protection. My fiance states there is a slight aftertaste associated with taking these multivitamins which was a bit unpleasant but not so bad that he wouldn't take it again.
