Clever Yoga, Yoga Strap Review and Giveaway!

 Who ever thought about this, had a real ingenious idea! Honestly it is a really clever idea for an exercise aid. I like that it is well made, and much sturdier then the rubber band stretch straps. I love that I can use this and hold a pose for a longer period of time and use it as a stretch aid. When I first ordered it, it looked like one of the gait belts that I have helped many patients get up and down with, and I wondered exactly how I would be able to incorporate it into our workout routines. I like that it is an easy way that we can become more flexible, while learning different yoga positions.
