Program Your Healthy Weight

I have reviewed several of Janet Montgomery and Jeff Gold's CD's. Not being biased, but I can tell you that they have helped both my family and I tremendously. They have several CD's out that can teach you how to decrease anxiety, stress, promote sleep and so forth. So when I had the opportunity to check out their new CD: "Program Your Healthy Weight", I jumped at the chance, for all I had to lose was some extra weight in exchange for testing purposes on my lifestyle and for my honest, and unbiased opinion. I have tried out this CD for approximately 5 1/2 weeks now, and I feel that it is amazing, and would work well for others.

So for the first two weeks, I actually lost 9 pounds, I wasn't trying to lose weight, but I could tell a difference. A difference in my attitude toward food, my attitude toward life in general. I was reprogramming my life in how I eat, and not even realizing it. This CD teaches you how to relax and how to reprogram your life and your outlook on food. I listen to the CD/digital audio file before I go to bed, and when I first wake up and I can tell you that it helps me relax at night, and keeps me in a calm state of mind by reprogramming my brain as if I was in a dream like state. The next two weeks, I lost an additional 8 pounds. Now mind you I have dealt with being overweight my entire life, and I feel although this CD really wouldn't be considered hypnotizing, it is wonderful, as this is truly something wonderful that I have found that works. It works for me, and I couldn't be happier knowing that in total, I have lost 22 pounds as I lost another 5 pounds in the 5th week. I feel amazing.
