So with that being said, I want to tell you my experience which may be a TMI...lol Just kidding. I take lots of pain medicine due to having four ruptured disc in my back, and being moderately overweight... Yes, I am fat. hard to believe right? LOL any ways, my Digestive Health has always had problems anyways, so I figured I would check out this product and see if it truly works. I must say. It does work, and it works very well.
At first, the first day, I didn't feel much change. However, during the 2nd day and there on-wards, that was when I was truly feeling my stomach "churning" a bit. Unfortunately this is when the magic happened sort of speak. I was very thankful that I had no where to go that day, because believe me I went several times that day.
I also noted that it didn't hurt my stomach like some of the other colon cleansers did, in fact the only pain I had was the cramping from needing to go and trying to hold it so I was going ALL DAY LONG! I also started to notice around the forth day was that I could see an improvement in my movements because as soon as I woke up, I became very regular. I also noted that I started breaking out, and this may be because of the toxins in my body, since I was detoxing, this was normal. Which finally resided around the ninth day. From there on out, I did not feel or look like I was bloated which was great, and actually lost 6 pounds in the process. Who would've though that I was full of 6 pounds of crap :}
Instruction indicate to take 2 capsules with 8 ounces of water at bedtime. It doesn't have any after taste which is great, and it is actually bland tasting.
Although I do stand by this product, as it really does work, I have to tell you the Con's that I experienced. I hated the fact that If I had to go, there was no waiting, and it was a go right now type of feeling when nature called. My stomach growled really loud and was very annoying, sounded like I never fed it, or it wanted to eat all the little children (HAHA) I did have the occasional accident and frankly my poo smelled awful, like something died up in me. Overall the product works, fortunately for me, it worked a bit too well, but I did finish the course overall.
