It as well came highly recommended from several mothers that I had talked to, so when the opportunity presented itself to check them out, I did so.

Julie Schoen, is a certified prenatal yoga instructor, author, and founder of Yoginiology.com and Mommy Does Yoga. She leads mommas-to-be on a beautiful 60-minute yoga session, keeping women active, comfortable, and relaxed during all stages of pregnancy.
