Simple Treasures CD and Giveaway by Jeff Gold

Have you ever had one of those days, where you wanted to turn back time and restart the day again? Well, I have had many of those days were I get completely stressed out just because of what every days life throws at ya. When I do, I love to sit back, relax and listen to soothing music that can help calm my nerves. One of the CD's that I listen too is "Simple Treasures" by Jeff Gold. There are acoustic guitars, piano, strings and flutes, which contribute to a collection of beautiful healing tunes that are melodic, restorative and uplifting which I can use for both relaxation and meditation. Plus this would be great for yoga, or even message therapy.
