Now for my two cents: We all know that Lavender has been used in medicines for over 2000 years to promote relaxation and control moods, to uplift yourself when feeling down and even help promote better sleep. This is the instant spa experience!  This mask completely blocks out the surrounding light and is not only soothing but relaxing. I recently had a migraine, we placed the mask in the freezer for 20 minuets or so, so it would be cool, took it out and I laid down, now I can tell you that I did not want to take it off which is true, but I can also tell you that my migraine pain eased up tremendously! It eased up enough that it let my medication do what it needed to do, so that I had minimal pain. I was very impressed to say the least.
