As a nurse, it is important to keep the natural flora in your stomach in balance otherwise it can lead to difficulties in digestion and lead to constipation, diarrhea and so forth. Since my daughter has a dairy and gluten allergies, this is perfect for her. Since she has been using this product she has not had any issues with her stomach or bowels.
