Organic Seaweed Powder by Azara Organics Review + Contest

The Organic Seaweed Powder by Azara Organics is a certified USDA pure organic kelp powder which is harvested from the coldest parts of the Northern Atlantic Ocean and then Micronized into a fine powder. When I first opened up the jar, you could definitely smell the seaweed. I happen to like the fragrant since I grew up on the East Coast. For me, it reminded me of home, the smell of the ocean and the seaweed that had been washed up against the shore line.

What I like most about this product, is not only is it completely all natural, but there are so many beneficial things that when you use it, you can get. for example, did you know that this product is great for sensitive skin, rashes, dry skin, and even acne? I love going to get facials and honestly, I do not love paying the price for one, because they are super expensive. So why spend the money when I can order the same stuff off of Amazon. This seaweed powder is packed with lots of Vitamins, Minerals, Trace Elements, and Amino Acids that help with maintaining a healthy and youthful glow.

So how do you use it? I combined 1 teaspoon of seaweed powder and 2 teaspoons of warm water. I actually added 3 teaspoons of water, because it was too thick and with 3 teaspoons, it was easier to apply to my face, but directions call for 2 teaspoons. What’s great about this product is that you only need one teaspoon of the powder to make the paste for your entire face, so it will definitely last a long time, although I am not sure about the longevity of the product should you use it on your body.

Once applied it felt pretty good on my face. The paste itself is pretty thick but it’s very easy to apply. After about 7 minutes it started to harden. I left it on for abut 15 minutes and then washed it off. My face felt awesome after that. It was super soft and had that fresh clean feeling to it as if I went to the spa.

My next venture is to apply if to my body, but that will be another time.
