Since my son has started high school there have been days, where he just seemed down, he refuses to talk about it, Frankly he refuses to talk about most things these days. I am nor sure if his ADD is kicking in, or if in fact he may be dealing with some underlying depression. Sometimes, when life hands you lemons, you can sour up and pucker, or you can make lemonade. This CD helps you do that. It helps you think positive, by giving you positive affirmations, and the "can-do attitude". I believe that since my son has been doing this, it is helping. He seems to be more helpful, motivated, and follows through which frankly he was not doing that before.
As a mother, it is wonderful to see your son learning how to "make lemonade" sorta speak with his life. Life in general can be very overwhelming, as well as disappointing. It's up to us to teach our children how to build the foundation in which they are to grow upon. I myself am amazed at the improvement in as little as 2 weeks.
