Lavender Essential Oil by Applejack Life

Lavender Oil is one of the most common used oils out there on the market. Not only does it help us relax and relieve stress, but it is used for so much more. Some of the common uses are. it is used as an aromatherapy when used to treat anxiety, depression, and insomnia. One of my favorite things to do is to add it to my bath water and just relax, but you can also add it to your bed, fake flowers, vacuum bags, potpourri and or candles. I have also used this in some of my hand cream that is unscented.

One of the other things that we have used it for, is my friend smokes 2 packs per day, we have used it as a cleaning agent to help freshen up her house. But there is so much more that these could be used for such as:

• Add to skin cream to soothe skin
• Treat bug bites, rashes and sunburns
• Promote hair growth
• Provide headache and migraine relief
• Boost your immune system
• Reduce acne, scars and stretch marks
